Sjaan Titaan Racing (STR) is a very small, very focused team working on optimising long term game strategy to get all members competing at Master level. We beleive we have information and insights that will allows us to bridge the 'newbie gap' that means continuing past Pro is so tough.
We can give you:
- A dashboard app fully integrated into the GPRO office space
- Perfect setup, stratgey and testing plan integrated into the GPRO office screen
- Guidence and insight on ow to maximise your staff and testing
- An active off game forum (which can be viewed from the GPRO office)
- The opportunity to get in at the start of what will be a top team
What we would like from you
- Commitment. 17 races per season and a long term will to stay with the team
- Supporter status. The GPRO team do a lot of hard work and STR want to support them keep this great game going
- Ideas. Bring your observations, experience and ideas with you
If you are interested in joing STR please drop me a PM, briefly outlining your reasons and your experience in the game, plus your plans for the future and where you think your weaknesses are. We will then grant you resticted acces to our site so you can see what we are about, ask questions and experience our apps.
We are not desperate, and are recruiting only if we can find managers who are a good fit who have the base skills to use our tools to push forward in the game.

Do your team? Because if they dont you are missing out on information that could make the difference.
Our main app is unique - it modifies the GPRO office screen so all of your data uploading and setup/strategy is done automatically and delivered right to your desktop.
No switching between sites
No uploading via basic apps
No Constant waiting for data to be available
No opportunity to accidentally input the wrong values.

A big claim I know but we beleive we can do it.

This team is growing and rapidly building its knowlege base.
We have 6 comitted managers already, 2 more at the appraisal stage but that leaves two more slots that could be filled by YOU.
Next season STR will have at least 4 PRO managers and we know we have the data and the insight to push those managers up into Master.
Ignor our season position - we are a new team and our PRO managers are only scoring 25% points value.
Our data is excellent, our collection system and stretegy app is the best in GPRO, and the most integrated into the game dashboard.

Well, here we are at the season break.
STR have had an excellent first season:
- we have grown from our founding 4 managers to 8 excellent racers.
- we have promoted 3 managers, and will now have 50% of the team racing in Pro
- we have made some excellent discoveries regarding key areas of the game
We are developing new tools to push the team further and faster. Our aim now is to have at least one manager in master by S54, with the remaining managers in Pro or pushing for Pro.
There is still room for you to be part of STR!
If you want a lively team, with managers engaged in the off site forum sharing ideas and strategising then we might be the team for you.
If you are a manager who can't make the leap from Amateur and stay in Pro we are the team for you
If you have master experience but are finding the game now lacks direction or is becoming dull we could reinvigorate the game for you.
STR will be a top 100 team very soon and likely a top 50 team shortly after that.
When that happens you will have missed your chance so get in now, while you can.
We won't just take anyone however, and there is a process but for the right manager(s) there JD a solid place in a stable and innovative team just waiting for YOU...

Due to rl taking more and more time we´ll be saying goodbye to one of our most successful members soon. Sorry to see him go but a great chance for you to join us!
We are looking for a manager who wants to join our team. We are ambitious but laid back. We have build up a vast amount of data, knowledge and tools. All will be at your disposal. You´re the one calling the shots as manager, but the information to make the right call is there.
We need you to be speak English, have a decent sense of humor, are a gpro supporter, run windows (in order to run our data collection app). You are ambitious and analytical, respect others, you join in our discussions. You play this game for fun and understand it's just that... a game. Very important while playing, less important when RL calls.
We prefer managers that have some experience (say at least 10 seasons in GPRO), but feel free to convince us you're the one we are looking for if you have seen less GPRO-winters.
Obviously you don't miss races and don't jump teams every other season.
Managers from all grouplevels are welcome, from Rookie to Elite. Experience is not a requirement, fitting in our group is. As is the willingness to learn from others, data, mistakes and successes.
Interested? Send me a PM with your motivation and how you think you'll fit and contribute to our team. We'll discuss every application.
If we think there might be a fit, you'll get access to our forum so we all can get to know one another a little better. After a few races we'll decide as a team if we want to go forward. If so, we'll invite you to join our team during the reset.

I was the person who took the aforementioned last previous available spot a year ago, and since then, my GPRO career has reached new levels. This team is great, the tools are great and I genuinely believe we can push on into the top 10 at some point.
