Don´t agree!

If he don´t race anymore this season.....and with 15 training sessions ....actually he would be close, but still ...he will fail.

I think Whisky team knows how to calculate the OA?!?

Stay in elite? Because of THAT driver?

thanks, you just made my day! lololol

Edit: i dont meant that he (or Hookie) cant stay in elite. They can do this because of their management skills. But simple not because of this driver. He is more than rubbish on elite standarts :)

Lost 13 driver motivation for 7th in qual and 7th in race this time.
I would have been at 50% in negociations with a new sponsor, but they stopped negociations, I was giving all the good answers though.

I don't think I will be able to continue in elite next season this way. No sponsors, no way to get driver motivation up, I don't know why I deserve this, I'm scoring points and all ... or I was.

People like to atleast have some illusion that they have some control over where their choices take them.
But when it becomes obvious the roll of a dice is an important factor in your career, well why do a good job to be rewarded with random bad luck and some top 10 results.

This is what I also wrote about in a mail about the randomnes of sponsors:
Last season there was a race at the start of the season where I finished 29th or so and the update script got stuck. When I checked sponsors I saw one of my sponsors had given a warning about being unhappy with the results I had. After the update script was run again, no message. I guess that's how random it is. This stuff is decided on the roll of a dice. You're either lucky or unlucky and the result is fun or seasons ruined to nothingnes.

Surviving in elite seems to be easy, score points seems to be pretty easy too, but breaking into the top is something else and I won't be able to do it with all this crap happening.
