You will promote and earn some bonus money based on the points you scored and your group position :)

If he promotes to Amateur? Surely not. It's more like what Stuart said.

Points Bonus

It's displayed on your home screen in the middle (see "points money"). But the calculation is 50,000 per point scored.

Also Nuno, if you are in a team you will promote with a small team bonus money payment, which you can find on the team standings page. You need to divide the figure shown their by the number of team mates. /gb/TeamsStandings.asp

OP was saying he expects to end the season with 35M (he actually said 35k but that seems to be a typo). So Kyle and Stuart are saying the same thing.

Nuno: read section 5.4 in the Game Rules, and section 7.

Usually money is better. Generally you should only buy new (better) parts if they can't finish another race.

It depends what situation you are in with the car. You want to promote with at least a Level 3 car ideally. If you have lower parts than that I'd consider upgrading them. Promoting with Level 4 is more ideal, but I wouldn't perform those upgrades on parts unless you really need them (if they are worn out in the next race or two). Promoting with the best possible money is more ideal, but not if you have very low part levels (level 1 or 2).

Thank you. My current level is 4 but at the end of the season it should be 5.

You don't really need a L5 car to promote with, it could be worth saving the money in all honesty as promoting with L4 is fine. You are guaranteed full race money in rookie even if you "smoke out" all of the remaining races (the term smoke-out means racing with very high worn parts of close to 100% wear). You've got 99 points already and guaranteed of promotion. Smoking the remaining races would be beneficial for your finances going into amateur. Spending 35m to upgrade all parts to level 5 may not be the wisest thing in my opinion. Good luck anyway :)
