I think I'm the only one having a drink each time I read Ioannis' messages. Or maybe I'm full drunk every day.

(I mean, what's the point of having reports for random facts? If they're random, you can't really make any statistics about it, since they're... well, random)

It's not broken down by division but we have this:
Quote ( Vladimir Alexandrov @ August 5th 2016,15:42:40 )

Since the topic is getting ever so popular, let's post some stats on randoms from the last race to see if randoms are such a big problem:

Total racing managers: 9428
Managers who got hit by a real random technical problem (including puncture): 364 (3.9%)
Managers who got a technical problem due to worn parts: 1816 (19.2%)
Managers who got a technical problem due to too high driver risks: 1265 (13.4%)

Discuss please :)

(Note that apparently the 'due to too high driver risks' randoms have been removed when energy was introduced iirc, and there may have been other changes.)

3/10 in one team should be a reasonably common occurrence in my experience.

That is actually what I was thinking, but wasn't pretty sure, until I find again the post talking about it :
Welcome to Season 55!

Welcome to the new buzzing and energetic Season 55! This season we will introduce a new driver attribute called energy. [...] With this new feature, we have removed the not so popular, but often reoccurring technical problems related to high risks, which many of you liked to call "randoms".

Now about my post, calculating random is called probability. But unless I'm totally mistaken (and that's because I don't have that much experience on the game), if we're talking about punctures for random, I'm pretty sure the number is static.

(and by the way, I don't really enjoy wine, I'm more on beers. Surprise? :D)
