Might have something to do with fuel loads. The more fuel you have in your car like at the start of the race, the heavier the car and that's why it's going slower. When you burn off more fuel during the race you should expect your lap times to get faster.

Wait until after the post race update and look at your race analysis.

Some possibilities:
- your driver ran out of energy and is completing the race at a slow pace
- the fuel load is making you slower compared to practice
- your driver can't really cope with the high temperatures for a very long time (which is a different thing than running out of energy)

Then it's probably driver energy or your driver not coping with the heat. Are you using high risks?

Another possibility is that you made a typo in your car setup for the race.

If you require front elevations then this will have a negative impact on your lap times in the race.

Also front elevations are slower if pitting behind the safety car.

If the suspension is the square root of the front elevations then the driver will unfortunately be sick and need to change helmet.
