Hello everyone, yesterday I made an offer to hire a new driver, I added a salary and one-off signing equal to triple the salary offered, plus a small bonus victory.I did not take it and I went to see who had it With great amazement the manager had offered much less than salary compared to my offer. Then I would like to know if such a thing is regular or I forgot to include some optional award. Thanks to those who want to answer me.

Had you other bids?
However, yes, it's normal, cause you never know which bouses offered another manager.

I do not think that having raced 28 seasons with 16 drivers and being in a top 30 team classifies you as a newbie :)

It propably did had an offer. A hidden one (costs 1,5M instead of 0,5M) You can see his salary, but you don't know how much the other offered in signing fee and the bonusses.

he got him with lower wage , so signing fee although was lower , but bonuses were much higher means
