Pedro
Doing my best trying to understand what you are asking foir.
But based on your current finances and car level it seems you are upgrading your car too much too fast.
You have to update replace your car parts when they are worn and won't last another race, I know it is easy to say, but it really takes some races to get a grasp on how car wear works.
Stop updating your car parts if the can last more races (normally with some excpetions the minimum is 3-4 races for some parts and up to 8-10 on other parts).
I would recommend you join the mentor program

C'mon Guys give the bloke a break. For a start he is a kid, and secondly English is not his first language. There is no need for this, especially in the Newbie forum.
He is not the first and certainly won't be the last to stuff up a Rookie season with cash flow problems and to do a soft reset.
Pedro I suggest contacting Nuno in the Portuguese mentor forum for some help.
Boa corridas meu amigo, e um abraco.

If your answer is not constructive - For Example, "FOBY" on its own, or isnt helpful then please dont bother to post at all, we appreciate your assistance helping out less experienced managers but you shouldnt insult them for asking questions even if the answers are available in the documentation. We ask that you remember you were once a newbie and maybe you can remember the help or abuse you received, lets break the cycle shall we?
Any excessive abuse of these guidelines will be met with action by the GPRO Crew

Could be the parts, could be the tracks, could be the Sunspots. Might even have something to do with your driver. You need to record and analyze your data after every race.

You are upgrading far too quickly like that and not getting full value. Planning is important. While I agree L1 & L2 parts are complete crap, you can still get full value from them
For example; If you are training a young driver in Rookie for next seasons Promo. You could have tested BEFORE R1, done R1 then again tested after R1 & BEFORE R2. That would have given you much better value from that L1 engine. Then you upgrade to L2 for R2. As I said, just an example, but that is the way you will build your car & driver. BTW, in a non promo run, don't be afraid to risk "Smoking" a race or two to experiment, while testing.
Also some will try to tell you that testing in Rookie is a waste of time. This is completely untrue IF you are training up a long term plan young driver. You test as much as possible in a non promo season, as far as OA control allows. Then next season will be your Promo run to Amateur. Try to do 5 tests as a minimum in that season as well. You will be much better prepared.
Also to answer your other question. As you upgrade to L6 the part wear is less. Keep in mind it varies, sometimes quite a lot track to track. After that with L6 it is all downhill again with part wear. But you won't have to worry about those level parts for sometime yet.
Good luck Cheers

Even though I agree with you that we should treat him nicely, he's not a kid (18 years old) and not even in the Brazilian forum he makes any sense lol
We already indicated the Portuguese Mentoring Forum to him, back in his first post there.
Anyway, I'll PM him about the mentoring, just in case.

He needs some serious guidance about car wear and finances. He has just soft reset and after one race he has a Level 3 Balanced car, so that would mean he raised his car from L1 to L2 before racing and then again after his single race, that surely explains his deficit,
@Pedro Alves have not done the numbers but yes L1 and L2 parts wear out pretty quickly specially if you use high risks´but not all parts. Just before you think at going to a full Level 6 car in rookie don´t do it, there is not enough income to support it.

Quote ( Pedro Henrique @ November 5th 2018,04:58:44 ) DO NO SPEND MONEY WITH INTALACOES OR UPDATE THE CAR
Getting a good driver is the most important thing in rookie. Facilities are not important, and you should update the car only when the parts are worn.

@Pedro
The percentages are to be taken literally: 55% means this part has been used for 55% of its lifecycle not 100% of its lifecycle.

Risks of 40 are very high for rookie.
