You have no idea about coding do you ?
Be thankful of what we have now with the live race screen and the tremendous effort put into it by Jukka and co, to have it the way it is today.

Go and watch a race or replay in the old race screen to see what we use to have. Then you might become a little more grateful of what we have now, & the time and effort that went into creating it.

Well, in essence it remains a 2D game, so doing something to make it look 3D (like they did with Doom or Wolf 3D) could be feasible.

But, I could agree that what we have looks very nice already and a semi-3D would not really add that much to the game. Development time could be assigned better to other projects.

well then, just take a little trip:

The venue of the Turkish Grand Prix is located in Pendik on the Asian side of Istanbul, close to the junction of Kurtköy on the north side of the TEM Motorway, linking Istanbul to Ankara. It is adjacent to the newly constructed Sabiha Gökçen International Airport

there you can see the rink in as many D as you like :)

well actually... it's still "text based". The race viewer is just a portrayal of earlier made decisions, no "gaming" there.

Yakup, the essential premise of GPRO is management, not racing. The race viewers that have been designed thus far (as well as being compatible with the engine's text-based format) are perfectly in-keeping with the likely demographic, i.e. people who don't need vibrant graphics to keep them interested.

However, if you do like a helping of 3D graphics with your management, there is a forum game you might be interested in: /gb/forum/ViewTopic.asp?TopicId=28332&PostId=4386414#post4386414

I'd like to see the race actually live, with real cars and drivers. I mean how hard can it be? All you need is some formula 1 type cars, drivers, a few circuits and a few camera men to film it all. (I have to admit, I know nothing about coding).

Is the GPRO sponsors our facial makeup? Or it is on our own?
