Registration process has changed quite a bit since you or I first signed up for the site. Now new managers do not pick their usernames anymore, specially if they use Facebook login (in that case they don't even see a registration form) 

I don't see anything unusual with a new manager who can't find his own username, not having picked it himself in the first place.

What are you talking about?

I joined this game over 10 years ago (S14)  and I picked my own username.
