It really depends on what exactly you want and how you want people to upload their data.

A lot of teams tend to use external forums and create sections like Pre / Post Data and whatever else data you believe might be useful to the team.

You can find free forums online but it is always nice to buy a webhost and domain and make your own forum *using good templates*

I think a good starting point is to have a shared Dropbox folder where all members save their Race Analysis after the race. You just save the page by doing right click -> 'Save page as'.

You save the file in the right folder, and you make sure you have the option 'Save as HTML only' ticked, because otherwise your folder will fill up with images and other unnecessary things that take up a lot of space.
