Hi Everyone!

I was wondering about when a driver spins off/make a mistake if admins could look at implementing a safety car or VSC to makes things more exciting?

Surely like in real life a safety car can help tyres/fuel last longer and change things up a bit?

Also why should we do fuel refills if the current setup doesn't allow for refills?

A car should get for say only 3 race tyre sets (excluding wet or wet/dry races) and 350lt/100% fuel that should last the entire race?

That would make you think twice about the 3x3 power laps and driver risk taking...

Cheers

Why force everyone onto a 2 stop? A lot of races actually have 3 even 4 stops as the quickest strategy

I actually hate the no refueling rule, they arent allowed to go flat out all race. Also 350lts is way way too much when you consider most people can finish the race on 240lts

The reason for the current no refuels during the race is because it wont be fair for people living in say Australia where the races are at 5am so are asleep who cant do real time strategy

Its the exact reason why the safety car wont work either as you simply cannot react to the situation because of this exact reason

I'm all for suggestions but yeah these wont work

Actually the reason is that the game is too strongly biased around the results of individual races meaning an ill timed safety car would possibly kill a season plan. Other games have them, without live input, and it works well. But not right for GPRO in it's current form.

ill timed rain starts can ruin as many things as safety cars. the difference is that you can prepare for rain.

for Safety Cars to work, pit/refueling strategy would have to be reviewed slightly

You have just answered yourself why safety cars are not a good idea in a game where there is no manager input during the race.

You can plan for the weather, if you learn to read the weather you can make an educated guess (still a guess) about your strategy for the race.

Meanwhile a safety car would be absolutely random, no way to.plan unless a %of Safety car be introduced per quarter.

There is a security car. (Without a driver.)

I have seen it already.
