You know there are managers with 500+ or 1000+ races and 0-1 start accidents.

Could it be possible that it's actually some of your choices which has lead to those incidents

Like James pointed out, there's more than just this.
If you ask me,my personal view is that you are extremely unlucky, even if you are doing something wrong.
You should also take into account that other peoples approach may harm you.

Ah-HA!

A manager apparently making incorrect assumptions on risks and what they do (and do not) do.

Doesn't Clear Track Risks apply for the 1st lap?
Do you really think that if you run on 90 CT you will have the same lap time like if you run on 0 CT just because it's the very 1st lap?

Does this apply for all your accidents this season?

Edit. Keep in mind I wasn't reffering to this specific race.
You complained about many accidents, not for just this one

Most things that people claim are random.... are not.
Most things that people claim are broken .... are not.
Most manager's that claim they know what they are talking about .... do not.

And above all else.

Doesnt' matter. And we don't need to know your risks.

The main point is that your choices have lead to those events. The server is not the issue.

Now it's time to learn from it.

onle last two races - first lap pit.
"Lap 1 Your car had an accident at the start of the race" when out of race...
Look man,I was in your place many seasons ago.
Many races with no accidents and then suddenly 4 start accidents in 5 races.
Instead of promoting,I ended negative (By getting 50% of the race income for last place) and I relegeated.
You may think you are very unlucky at this point, but you could also think how lucky you were the previous seasons.

If you add all the races from many seasons that you approach the start of the race like you do and think of how many accidents you had,you may think again that it's normal.
