I am wondering if this turns into a split and two guys decide to host the Oscars in S77 separately :P

Then we would have the "Official Unofficial GPRO Oscars" and the "Unofficial Unofficial GPRO Oscars"

If that happens, this is just going to get diluted and no one will enjoy it anymore haha

The Oscars are a huge workload, and if made official, definitely not the time to test hosting skills.

Sagar, this is not the way to try to get one up on Kyle, whatever the problem between you.

If there is a conflict, and you insist on forcing it, maybe we just take votes around race 12 and go with the community. I like how they are, the time and effort to do what it takes is underestimated.

For what it's worth... I would prefer to keep them as they are.

Making them official is a great idea though. Gets my vote.

I am not insisting on conflict....

Gonna be interesting to see how Gpro's new manager profile count statistics go this season vs prior seasons.

The Oscars seem well managed. Why is there even a discussion of hosting when we have a capable and willing incumbent? Seems disrespectful to me.

The community awards are, by all accounts, very stressful to organise as previous hosts have said. Kyle being consistent every season with them and never complaining has earned the respect of most. What making it official will encourage is a bit of support for him, maybe there could be a team dedicated to making it awesome. The team could be a category in the first official community awards so the top x are voted in and accepted if they agree.

I hope Vlad will agree and give us some interesting addition. I think it'll benefit him as the forums will likely spark up with activity again :)

Sagar you desperately need some good PR going as you're clearly losing this campaign. "Let's give Mr. Morris a break" is nice slogan for peaceful times but I'm afraid you need to figure out something more spicy for crazy times we live in.

Furthermore, shots were fired when someone mentioned your lack of commitment to silly games and you barely dodged them. What I recommend is finding supporters behind the scenes, best if they're widely recognized and respected. They will be able to defend you publically and secretly via power of green thumbs.

Best defence is offence so stop hiding behind corny words like "actions speak louder than words"! Give community evidence of all Kyle's flaws, mistakes with graphs, typos and other.

Triple, quadruple, multiple dots indicate you're a thinkiner and sensitive fella (of course). These are good qualities, but not for a GPRO Oscar host. Show some power man. Have you considered replacing dots with exclamation marks? Capitalized letters could help here too.

I can be your Kanye.

Sagar.....

Your personal issues with Kyle have nothing to do with him donating his time to the community awards. Take your personal issues with him to PM box. You are acting like a young child and that's surprising as you're an adult.

Geez, this Sagar guy really can't read a room.

He's as confident/arrogant as the scammer I had call me today, trying to convince me he was from the tax office and that if I didn't cooperate a warrant would be issued for my arrest - same accent too :D

Edit: Sagar I sense would actually be a perfect host of the GPRO razzies - his overconfidence and offbeat delivery fits.

Any possibility of this happening @Vladimir Alexandrov (R3) ? :-)

@Kyle Morris (M5) has for the past number of years done a very good and consistent job of it and as each season has a bit less interest it would be nice to see this become official.

I just entered the google doc 50 times as random amateur managers and only voted in the categories i was nominated for.

Big brain cheats. (I haven't actually done this i'm not that desperate)
