In your race setup, there's three tyre selections:
- at the start
- when it rains
- when it's dry

You must have had the 2nd one set to Extra Soft for XS to be put on the car mid race...

I think you might just have the best translation software in the world.

The game is quite dependable in doing what you tell it to do on these things, but the settings aren't always that clear.
