We have no training sessions that improves driver's experience attribute, and yes yes they do get some each race but so with technical and we have a technical training session, nevertheless would be a good idea to put the driver to sit on a simulator and get some mileage and therefore experience (+3 to 5+) what ya say?

Um, you've been round longer than I have, so I assume that you do know there is something that increases a drivers EXP. What you are asking for is a 3rd option.

I wouldn't even be that opposed to an added training that provides exp gain, but not in the order of +3/+5.... maybe half a point or something? And obviously at the price of a shitload of moti :D

It would need balance though, so as not to offer too much of a change in OA; no point making it too easy to get from 250 moti to 0, in order to hit a driver re-sign; especially if this comes with bonus experience!!

With this in mind, I think it's a non-starter.

That would easjly be exploited for reducing OA.

Training should be kind of neutral in OA loss as it stands today

Damn! You got me. Nice clickbait.

This thread had so much potential. Should we have an extra tr... track? Trapeze act at the next meeting? Try at the Viper Oscars?

I personally would’ve preferred an extra training session at the end of the season. My lazy driver always has some complaint about wanting to be with family for the holiday. Lazy bastard would be in Elite right now if it weren’t for that attitude.. and maybe a better manager🙄

Bootcamp - driver is not allowed to go home during season break, instead does 5 fitness sessions in one go.

NO, it will ruin my plan (and perhaps the plans of other managers like me) sorry, we traded some driver stats in exchange for EXP and now you want to change the trainings to your favor?

It will greatly affect the managers who made plans 5 or more seasons ahead, sorry.

but....old style office has 19 of the most recent forum posts instead of 12. deal breaker right there. That's more useful than 4 lines saying 'complete' and the picture of a (faceless) man:)
