Me too ;(
However, it doesn't make much difference either, as my choice was relatively behind.

Lol, Lægreid actually won that individual race. Not that I have a big chance at win anymore but better to pick the last skiiers:

Men:
15 km mass start: Jakov Fak

Remus Raita 4:45:14,3
Dariusz Borysiewicz 4:45:17,1

Philipp has had 2 non starters. I have given 60th time. For Mikko, as he didn't use the top group, I gave the worst time from it

Oh dog, when it goes bad, it goes worse :D Quite unlucky picks in this one

Yep that's fair! I'm happy my other top picks were in those mass starts and among the non-grouped biathletes.

So how are the final results? I am quite surprised that I went up to 2nd even though I picked Lesser for 15km, where he didn't even start. But I see the last standings are from before the 15km race.

I definitely put myself in the last places in the ranking, unfortunately already from the women's pursuit where vitozzi disappointed the expectations of the prone shot.
sin because for the male part of the conpetition I had been very competitive.

a beautiful world championship that crowns two Norwegian champions, Tiril who has respected the predictions, and Sturla who surprised everyone, not so much actually ;)

I know nothing about Biathlon, except from what it is and what athletes do. No rules,no favourites nothing else.
I took part here because it was only 1 submission game and I picked the athletes with the help of randomizer.org.
The funny thing is that I "invited" Mike to take part. When I showed him the thread he asked me...
What is Biathlon?
Now he might have won!
lol

If I were you I would definitely give it a shot someday! There's an official stream you can watch free if you're not in France/Poland/US: https://www.eurovisionsports.tv/ibu/

Same apart from the randomizer part, I just checked the rankings and picked what I thought sounded good.

I sometimes watch it on eurosport but I don't know anyone in there nor do I follow it regularly.

for me it has been a fixed appointment for two years, every race, a passion born thanks to Dorothea Wierer and that I have then deepened.

Exactly the same for me, just change Wierer by Fourcade :D
The mast decade, I've been from watching it if I have nothing else to do to not miss a single race ! One of the most telegenic sport that exists !

Thanks for a cool betting game and the final results, Jukka! Took me a while as well to read them. ;)

Yes, I forgot that I had bet on Erik for the mass start, so I din't change that bet. Never mind!
