Nah, he's just having oversteer issues and a heavy chassis. His driving style suits him more in front-limited tracks like Silverstone and Mugello (thats why he won at both tracks in F2 last year).

Give him a car that is planted and he will perform. Want proof? Look up Catalunya 2019 testing, where he was in a Mercedes and only 3 tenths off Bottas' pole. If it was qualifying, he would have gotten P2. Not bad for a 20 year old.
