Haas need a lot of money, Mazepin at least is a driver who won something in F2 without a top team, I know there are a lot of ppl who dislike his driving style, but also both Grsojean and Magnussen did a lot of crashes and dirty manouvers as well, so nothing new in my opinion.

Afraid I had to Google that and if the top result is what you had in mind, then I'm afraid I can't help you. Perhaps you knew a dirty imposter spelt with an "i" instead of a "y".

Well, Haas could've still chosen Schwartzman or Ilott.

Not enough money.

Remember that Mazepin's father is a billionaire that allegedly offered more money for Force India and os even sueing the team and Stroll, that bog are his pockets

He shouldn't be sacked as the entire Haas team has kept their jobs for a few more seasons because of his dad's money.

He thinks people hate Russian racing drivers.
Doesn't whole world think that Russia and russians are bad? Or do bad things just cause they can no other reason?
I think this russofobia is really getting way overrated...

Anyway to the point of thread... That is for Haas to decide... I can't say before I have seen him really racing in F1. There have been Crashtappen and Maldonator so maybe he deserves his chance as well(at least Crashtappen has learned and can really race good as well from time to time).
Give him a chance and then judge.

Rich parents in F1 is not that rare... One drivers daddy bought even whole F1 team so...

They wouldnt replace him with Albon for 2 reasons

1. They would choose a ferrari backed driver, or an experienced driver like Hulkenburg, not a red bull back driver
2. Mazepin's dad pumps money into Haas, he'll be there for the foreseeable furture

Without his father's financial benefit to the team, yes, easily. Currently you can't even suggest that he should be sacked. He's can only be let go when his contract expires like in 23 years or when his dada stops sponsoring the team. To the extreme, a Super License ban is also possible.

So basically what you're asking is: should Haas continue racing in F1 beyond the end of the year? Because honestly while Mazepin might only be there to make up the numbers, he's their main source of income. I feel like people are hyping him up to be worse than he actually is now. At the end of the day people are gonna watch races and support their favourite drivers whether he lines up on the grid or not. Slacktivism at it's very finest.

If we send the results and a billion dollars they might consider sacking him.

Is he one of the 20 best drivers in the world right now? No. Is he the best option for Haas at the moment... Probably.

This might be an unpopular opinion, but Mazepin has been managing to make himself a more likable character over the season, his interviews are actually good and fun to listen to sometimes and I feel like he is improving as a person and maybe a bit as a driver as well. I'm willing to give him a 2nd chance.
