To make matters worse, google doesn't tell me what a disco song even is.

The only exposure I got to such kind of songs were in like public parties or whatever that is with very specific kind of songs

I have no idea if this qualifies xD

There is a lot of great Canadian music, just not any that would be Disco. I see a few are including dance music as well which opens it up a lot. For a Canadian Disco/Dance entry...

I read it as Latin Artist. Who wrote or originally recorded it shouldn't matter. As long as it is a Blues song performed by a Latin Artist. That's my interpretation anyways.
