amount of votes required is 8 atm - when you have 2x members with less than 17 races in the team this should be reduced to 6 - if someone has voted and it cost him/her 1 mil to vote and the undesirable member leaves by themselves does this team member get his 1 mil back and the team leader his 4 mil?
