I know this is probably hard to do with coding etc. But to have a sprint race instead of qualifying the odd race.
Just do a 20 Lap race and where you finish the race thats where you start the main race. Do points system something similar to what F1 do.
to set up the grid then for the sprint race I think having whoever finished at the back of the previous race starting in front for the sprint race could be something that could be done.

also me must congratulate on the smart way this poll has been laid out. we can vote for "Yes" or "No", which gives the indication of "Yes - we want sprint races" or "No - we don't want this".
But the title of the poll says "Stupid idea" which turns everything upside down...

I like the sprint race in F1 but wouldn't want to see it here.

No thanks i already struggle enough with the normal racing format :P
PS: like someone said before, I can't even stand the F1 sprint race. I would hate it even more here

That would take too long or involve too much time between races. Right now we all get to qualify whenever it works for us but with a sprint race we will now have to qualify for that, then make a sprint strategy, and then make a race strategy

Sprint race can be used in testing cases, before starting the first race of the season, to see the ability of the pilot.
