I could finally confirm my info. And I sincerely apologize for the late answer!
I will travel and stay with Stefan Ks, from the Group: Amateur - 20.
We will travel by a Bus from Sofia, arriving at 13:15 at "Autogara Militari". I've booked a 3-night stay at Hotel Venezia (Strada Pompiliu Eliade 2, București 010212). Judging by Google Maps, it's around a 10-15 minute walk from Hotel Berthelot (@Harri Pakosta (R111) know I am really good with those calculations :D)
And you can book us for all activities. I never Sim raced, but I am up for new challenges :)
So to Sum Up all.
We are arriving on Friday 25th, at 13:15, at Autogara Militari (if the bus is on time).
Staying at Hotel Venezia.
We are joining all activities.
Leaving the hotel on the 28th of July.

The departure date is important so that I know who is going to the beer on the last night. For example, Ilia who comes by car and leaves on the 27th will definitely not go to the beer.
Regarding accommodations, it will be important when we leave for an action, to know how we will gather.
