Racing is boring now because of D.E we're all on the same strat the dude with the strong car and good enough driver wins most of the time IMO

D.E has slowed things right down mmmmm do I do Spa or do I train X

Spa for the Extra few CT

BS !

Seriously mate? I thought you for one, would love the levelling of the playing field. You always had monster drivers and cars. That was your signature lol.

Imo, it's way more fun now. Amateur is closer now like Pro used to be with everyone on 100ct, and now Pro and up are even more dependent on smaller things.

D.E has or ready brought 2 parts of training to the game bar you can not train twice you do SPA race at the amount of CT for that track then next race Train and let some other dude have a pop at the race WTF that is lame !

Train all season be slower on track because you don't have D.E ?

You shouldn't really need to use spa sessions below Pro unless you're doing an OBP retention (which, with only like 6 relegators, is pointless). The difference between using 100% energy and using a recoverable amount of energy will be <20ct for most drivers down here, so simply having a quicker driver can cover that. I haven't got the quickest driver in Amateur, yet I've won multiple races on 0ct this season. Nothing has changed. The best prepared use the least risks to do as well as they need to, and the worse prepared use expensive methods to keep up. Same as before.

Mine has been the opposite, OBR: top in my group, yet not even close to promoting, even in additional promotions, who knew lol

I know I know I know :/

Its just that the game has changed so much because of this D.E

It was ace when you could train your driver wait till race 7 etc upgrade yea car wack some CT up yea drivers ass and boom OT every one and be up front racing with the big fellas of the group. Then go back training testing what ever was yea tickle haha

Even easy OT tracks are hard to OT because you're all very much the same pace

Like I have said I do like it but it has issues ;)

So from what I've seen, the Unofficial GPRO Awards are the biggest attraction of the forums these days and have been for a long time now. My suggestion relates to that but I also think it will be useful for other purposes as well.

In these categories of statistics:

/gb/Stats.asp?type=mostposts#scroll
/gb/Stats.asp?type=mosttopics#scroll
/gb/Stats.asp?type=mostreplies#scroll
/gb/Stats.asp?type=mostviews#scroll
/gb/Stats.asp?type=mostactive#scroll

how about adding time ratios for this as well. It could either be sorted season-by-season, or give people the option to input a custom date range to see who/what topics have been active in recent history as well as certain timeframes in GPRO's past.

I think CT should removed from the game, now we have DE and boost laps and just add a few more boost laps. I believe that would level the playing field more.

What a ridiculous suggestion :(
It would be Good Bye GPRO, as 90% or more of long term players would quit the game

This is a strategic management Game, based on F1, NOT a racing game.
Planning when & when not to use CT during the season is an integral part of it

It basically has been removed

The point of D.E was to stop the bitching about randoms if I'm wright ?

Well I was never one to moan about a randoms to me it was part of the game, part of the fun running high ct will my car go BOOM !

But still we have cars breaking with 0ct and 0% wear mmmmm !

So randoms are still here and we have a new thing to slow us all down called D.E

All mangers are doing the same thing fastest tires or 1 stoppers

I love GPRO so hey ho I play no mater wot :)

id love to be able to have a 2nd driver even if its for a limited time to prepare for when current driver contract runs out. Could maybe have 2 DE's that are handicapped in some way as a result if you take the option to.
