I hope that season 8 will be entertaining and full of experiences to everyone. One thing is for sure. In next season, we won't be novices in this game anymore. Good season to everyone!

Wow, that fuel rate was higher than I expected!!!!
Wasn't far away from pitting again.

Well done Sami, though your engine was going to give in before the end.

Congratulations to Sami for his first career victory.
That was a bad race to me. I think that I did a horribly mistake at pitting. The second mistake was that I was driving at wrong tyres. But that is a part of a competition. I can't wait the next race.

Hi everyone!

Congratulations to Sami Lehtonen for his 1st victory.

You are right Paul, the fuel rate was too far and I have had to pit a fourth time. Who said it is a learning process...

I wish everybody a lot of fun all along this season!

Hi and good luck to all, I'm a newbie and I signup at this game a couple of days before the season started. I think it's a good and funny game and I hope to start learning about setup and strategy for the races. Byeeeeeeee

Kind of gone quiet in here!!!!

I know i'm not doing to bad so far but damn it's costing me a fortune.
Even with the extra prize monies i'm still spending it faster than i can make it and thats just repairing it to the same standard.

I was doing really well in the last race until my rear wing wore out.
How the hell does a wing wear out, it should either work good or just break and cause you to stop or pit.

Anyway it's still a lot better than some of the other online games i've played.

Agreed. Best online racing game I've played. If I was doing better I'd probably be a sponsor. (I figured this season was for learning the game anyway.)

I also agree, it does get pricey to keep your car going if you don't finish well. lol

Agreed.

This is a "serious" game. My "car & driver" are not fast enough and they cost me a lot!

But this game is realy fun!

I guess there is a point where you have to decide if you want to win the group at any cost or you want to promote.

I was hoping that the sponsor negotiations would be quicker but they seem to take a long time.

if u win the group and be in minus at the same time this is pointless, isnt it? So , the aim should be the promotion and if u have the money at the last races then u can fight for something better . It's not very hard to promote as u noticed.:)

Wow, that was unexpected and fun.

I honestly thought I was going to be 3rd at best.

Both Rudolfs and Luis Carlos seemed to be a lot faster than me.

Is it just me or is the Scottish national anthem really quiet!!!

Unfortunately mistake the calculation of gas and lost the first...

Lost the race by error of strategy, but earned.

The next who knows come in first and good luck to you in the next race. (I think you have to do more ... heheheh).

Mistakes have kept me out of the points, but I'm enjoying learning this game in the process.

I'm comfortable I'll be repeating rookie next season, so I may as well have some fun the rest of the way. :)

Hi Austin,

Not sure what you mean by team-mate because as rookies we connot form teams. If you mean sharing data with each other that would kinda defeat the purpose of the the game as we are competing against each other.

Just my thoughs, but hey what do i really know.

P.

Your correct their paul.

I suppose you could look into joining an actual Team Austin, but as rookie's i think the best thing to do for the first few weeks or months is to stick it out by yourself and get better as you go. Form good contracts, work on your tactics etc... As i would only assume you would have to show that your active on gpro and willing to learn before you can join a team. Unless you find a team that seeks random people, which in my opinion, wouldn't be the worlds best team.

But it's up to you, its just my opinion.

Cheers!
