Chris, that green 'gordonrequest' is seriously fine art. Is it already shaded? Are some others shaded too? They are made in higher reslution than the rest of the car - is that allowed?

The shading overlay has already been applied on all those - but that was simply to give an idea of what the final livery would look like. That would have to be removed, and just the flat layer from beneath sent to Hans to perform his livery-creation-trickery :)

Just a quick note on my part.

recently there has been an increase of questions asking me to create or shade a livery for ppl who at that point did not have means to implement the livery (being minimal 6 supporters in a team or being a big supporter allowing a personal livery).

Do to a job chance I am no longer in a position to create a livery during worktime. I really have to stick to liveries which can be implemented immediatly.

Also, an increasing number of ppl are sending a PSP-file. Many times this leads to me not beign able to open the file.
Plz use GIF, BMP, or uncompressed JPG, with no shading applied.

I wil try to make a new templete for you guys, without the ugly air outlets.

For the rest, plz have patience. Rome was not build in one day, neither are carsets :p

Seriously starting to doubt your identity as an englishman due to your language skills...

( Dan Keeble @ May 29th 2008,21:38:39 )

i take that as racist

As for this, Dan, seriously, it would not hurt you to take to time to write in propper english in email, PM's and forum what you want and why.
After all, most players are not native english speakers and it would really help when the native speakers make some effort not to add to misunderstanding in our international community.

Thnx.

Isn't this something you should discuss with your team with ?

Your team is the one who will be using it (or not) - so the public opinion is quite irrelevant...

(I could tell you that I don't like it, but it doesn't matter at all since I'm not in your team)

looks like a design that we (amongst our many & varied related teams) had used a few seasons back, and also like Chris Whitings retirement butterfly car.

Too many spots generally, although you could have got 2 on the nose cone for better effect.

But really, you should know what you like and do the livery accordingly.

Then present it to your team - if they have suggestions you might try them out and find a best solution.

Afterall at the end of the line, your team is the one carrying the livery.

(not saying that asking for public opinion would be wrong, just stating the obvious)
And if you haven't got the team yet (as I suspect) you just might be way ahead of yourself :)
