Are you sure that you handle with your team members well? - It would hurt me if somebody talked about me with so clear words.

You run at the moment points. Maybe there come other moments where you stay behind behind the expectations. You would not want when somebody talks about you.

You are not present yet long. Maybe more respect would help a little - and with it also the whole team.

you apply to a team. usually you need to send a pm to the teamleader to give information about yourself and possibly get info about the team.

In some cases it might go the other way around, but the "normal" way is the manager to contact a team.

PMing managers of teams you want to join rather than just hitting apply is the right way. 99% will automatically reject.

it also pays not to rely on this thread alone to get into a team

good luck team hunting

Hi.
I'm searching an experienced team, where all the managers exchange their experiences of the game and the data.
For me is not important the money that I can win, the most important for me is the data of fuel consumption and wear tyres, because in some tracks I have problem with this data and I don't know exactly what choose, but I could help with the data too, if someone asks.
I'm almost promoted to Amateur, now I'm 3rd of my group, but maybe I will need a bit of help in amateur for get points, thats why I'm searching an experienced team, for be a better manager.
Send PM ;)

Hi,
I'm looking for an active team. I've been in the business for a long enough time to be able to calculate tyre wear as well as fuel consumption. What i'm looking for is a team which does more than data sharing, f.e. testing. It's so hard to find things out when testing alone and not really possible to find a tendency in one thing or another and my team is not willing to do anything like that. If you are what i'm looking for (or even close enough) send PM. ;)
