Hi everyone!
I'm new to this game, a couple of races in and starting to get to grips with the ideas here.
My preference is to learn the "hard way" first, to get some real understanding for the game's mechanics before I pick up tools that will assist me in doing stuff quicker and easier.
I don't strive for perfection, I don't put in endless hours, I might even miss a race at some point. But I seem to like this game :)
So, I think it's time to start looking for a nice team. A bunch of people who like to play casually, but also love to try and understand the complexity of the mechanics at play here. It's a hobby!
Rather than browsing all the teams with open slots to try and find one that might suit me, I decided to just make a bit of an informative post here. Let's see if that works ;)
If you feel I might be the right person for your team, please let me know :)

today is my lucky day! For not only am I looking to join a team. But you have taken time out of your busy schedule to peruse the forum in search of new talent to scout as a possibility to join your ranks!
So here we are looking for an answer to that age-old question of how are we going to decide if this is the correct choice for us? Well, let me tell you a bit about myself to help you with your part of the decision!
My name is David, (a bit obvious, seeing as my name is highlighted in blue over there on the left) I'm 40 years old. Born and bred in Yorkshire (God's own county) in the U.k. I have a dark sense of humour, and I am not afraid of banter! My hobbies include reading (which means I can converse in text form ;) ) knitting ((yes I knit... have you finished laughing yet? You have? Wow, I'd still be laughing if I was to read that about someone.) But seriously, it means I can follow instruction and spot patterns). And I also enjoy doing nonograms and sudoku puzzles (which mean I have a logical mindset to problem-solving). If you have any other questions for me then feel free to ask.
Now you know a bit about me, it's only fair that I know a bit about your team! What benefits can you offer me? I am now in my fourth season and i fighting for Pro League!
i play alone this 4 Seasons and now its a good time to join Team to get better and play with a team together!
The best for me would be a German speaking Team, but i speak also Polish very well and my English is OK.

I'm with Antonio and Dimitur here. Our current/past team seems to be dying unfortunately.
My standards are not that high I think. I want a team with actively communicating people! Some history and data would be nice but not even necessary. Just be talkative so we can share and learn.
Sense of humour is preferred, a team with Supporters would also be nice.
