You buy a driver with more talent to get more talent...
You cannot buy a driver, only rent one ;)

We need a Genetics Labor in this game.
You pay to level up the genetics labor and hire a researcher. At certain point you will be able to modify your driver's DNA and stats. At first the stats will change in random ways, probably to the worse (since your researcher and genetics labor is not high level enough). Your driver might die as well (this is random and gets less random the better your researcher). If you've spent enough time and money on the genetics labor there comes a chance that you will be able to positively effect your driver's DNA and maybe some day be able to create a super driver. This can enhance the driver's Talent as well.
As another thing we definitely need in this game is a Breeding Program. Now this will be a long term game in this game. You buy two drivers. A female and a male. Preferably try to get ones with high talent (rest of the stats can be low), this should be FOBY by the way, which drivers are good to get for the mating process. You will make those drivers have babies (as many as possible is good).
Then you will be able to direct the lives of their babies from the get-go. You will be able to train them yourself and be able to use them or sell them once they get of age to be competitive (there would be different raising methods available to use as well. For example, how often do you whip the baby in order to make him/her focus on his/her racing skills).
It will probably take 15-20 seasons, but it's a good investment since you will be able to sell them on market for a decent fee or use the best ones yourself.
Eventually it's also good for the GPRO developers as well, since they won't need to use all their effort on creating new drivers themselves, but the managers will do it for them.
May the best managers prosper!

that's funny stuff right there :)
That "program" might already be in progress to create future gpro managers :)

"Your driver has unfortunately died instantly from decapitation after Mikko Heikkinens rear wing failed and fell off hitting your driver"
Great Mikko thanks for that ;)
Edit: Are we able to buy our drivers life insurance?

Let´s find a way to sign twins!

|

Well theres a post of the season nominee at least from Henri for the unofficial oscars, just got to remember to nominate it, if the category is there.

Or you get a surrogate mum and your baby driver is held up in a 20 season court battle over parental rights, meanwhile tbe "baby" becomes an axult and sues everyone in GPRO for damages plus a ten year supply of their choice of tyres.

Hm. I suggest brain washing techniques. And the creation of a facility "Mental Center" :D
|
|
|
Or perhaps a new Training category, electroshock therapy. Mixed results for different skill sets and even creation of new skills such as bi polarism, socio path, and... Wait for it... Clairvoyance.

Thanks for your insights, but this is Just a game. I am knew and trying to learn It. I like the Idea of generating random pilots based on age and total points like a Dungeons and Dragons game.
