Since we do already have stats for teams that brought the most managers to Elite, can we also have a stat for best teams by number of Elite wins and most number of individual team members scoring an Elite win?

Just had an idea: make the "first GP" on the profile page a link that takes you to a new stats page where you can see all managers who started playing at that GP (or in that season), along with their career stats and current group. So you can compare yourself against other players who started at the same time as you.

Nah, Overall is best! you can see already what tier they are in, and also the stat is OBR! so entirely relevant to Overall. :PI suppose it would be nice to see how you/they ranked in that tier that season, but I prefer the game rank view if I had to choose. and to be fair its pretty easy to tell if a manager outperformed their tier.curse those dnf's & start crashes !!!

It has no relevance whatsoever to someone in Master and below competing against Elite managers and so on. We can only compete against people in our own tier.

So I reiterate. Can you please amend this OBR stat to the tier only.

Mod Edit: removed rude language.

Did some research but didn't find it till now...

Would be nice to know the strength of your current group in comparison to the other groups at the same level. Could be based on the qualifying times and/or race times.
For example, take date form the top 10 of every group (maybe increase this number the higher level you go?) and make a ranking...

Any chance we can see testing totals (season and career totals) included everywhere so that we can spy on and compare to other managers R&D progress?
It could also be shown next to OBR total on Manager History tab as laps.
and then under other stats tab, the total laps and kms for season and career?

I suggest to add a 'Track statistics' section to /Stats.asp which could include a link to the already existing overtaking statistics, but also to new pages such as managers with most wins/poles/podiums/points/... that can be filtered per track.

You could also show a list of most wins/poles/... for one manager on any one track, e.g.:
1. Manager A - Interlagos GP - 5 wins
2. Manager B - Mexico City GP - 4 wins
3. ....

Possible he has scripted something to scrape forums which need login, if you want to scrape team forum data then the scraper needs to log in first, which can mean a huge number of logins if you're running the script a lot

Well I have another idea how to instant log in while afk.
Just download any mouse and keyboard recorder software.
Like X-mouse button control, https://www.highrez.co.uk/downloads/XMouseButtonControl.htm
1. Setup an initial run.
2. Adjust the speed or frame rate.
3. Record it.
4. Let the software do it in a loop.

can we have another OBR stat for 'best 16 race time'
automatically taking away one slowest race.

as I keep tracking my own progress there, until I get a race dropout, or when people miss a race that's also automatically uninteresting anymore.

Of course, keep the existing OBR standings, and all the achievements etc, but just another small stat here would be much appreciated :)

Very interesting idea, I guess it could be a filter on the existing stats ("only include best X races").

If implemented, it should take out the slowest race relative to the winning Elite time, not the slowest race as such (for people who had no randoms; you should include that dominant Indy Oval win in 2h15m but exclude the one where you cruised at Monza and finished in 1h15m but 2 minutes behind the winner).

It only makes sense if you have the option to exclude one specific race for everyone. Still it won't show other peoples DNF/DNS if they occur on different tracks, so not that reliable statistics after all. If you want to exclude just one or two random drop outs for everyone, well... the race times on each tracks are different, aren't they? ;)

Oh good point. If Driver A and Driver B have identical times in every race, except A drops out of the aforementioned Indy Oval race and Driver B drops out of the Monza race... then B will win this stat by 1 hour. Then it only makes sense if you convert every race result to a percentage of the winning Elite time or something... and even that probably doesn't work very well.

I've no clue if anyone has suggested before; but the OBR per group (all levels) would be interesting (at least from ama and above imo)

(to see if one is in a fast group or not compared to others, with the exception of Elite for comparison (but they have this stat already ;) )

I think Jay means to come up with a total or average time for everyone in a group, which is then compared to other groups at that level (e.g. Ama 1 has an average OBR time of 28:13:12 vs Ama 2 with 28:15:10 etc etc - just a random example that FYI, no exact numbers used).

Good idea IMO and should be relatively straightforward to come up with I'd have thought - though I don't believe any other stats are done on groups as a whole, as it stands...
