If you get into debt before the last race to - 15 million, you certainly won't get promoted. Unless you want it yourself. Looking at the top player accounts, everyone wants to stay here next season, which means that even from the 7th place in the table you can be promoted higher. If you want to stay and do not know how to get into debt, I suggest, submit and withdraw proposals of contracts for drivers. Each proposal costs 500,000. The decision is yours. Good luck.

You dont need -15 mil, even -1$ is good. Most of managers makes -15mil cause driver motivation drops to 0

Eric is right, my advice relates to the situation when you want to reduce the motivation of the driver to be able to extend the contract with him.

To the one negociating with Any-SMS.
I already have maxed out progress and I can activate it any time.
You're wasting your time negociating with that one since I can put it on my car whenever I want to, so you might aswell stop right now or lose precious time :)

This remark is out of place. If you have the opportunity, sign a contract with this sponsor, and if not, do not disturb others to negotiate with him. Somehow an experienced player should "set an example" for new inexperienced players. This attention was very rude. I regret that I do not negotiate with this sponsor because I would "rub your nose" :)

That may have been written with a bad tone which was totally not intended, so my bad for that.

I'm just giving an advice as this sponsor is already at 100% and is just literally one click away of being signed.
I'm just trying to warn that person because it's a total waste of time for him/her to pursue negociating with that sponsor as he/she would lose a huge amount of progress, for nothing.

It would be very bad for that person to have 8 races of current negociations (+ approx 12 more races at the current nego rate, less at the max Rookie rate) to be lost when you could follow sponsors with none else going for them.

Just trying to pinpoint that person not to do a common mistake and "repair" it while it doesn't hurt that much ;)

I obviously didn't mean to be harsh on the 1st post. Should have worded it differently

Eric is the best because ... he has the best driver and he sets the car best for a given race, that's his secret. Experience in the game is the basis for both the driver and the player himself :)

Marcin, I have a very nosy question: P You have a very Polish surname, and the flag next to the surname is from Switzerland ...
