From the game rules:

5.5. Negative balance

There are a few drawbacks to going into negative balance. You will not be able to:

• make offers to good drivers depending on the class you are racing in:
[...]
• if you are in a Rookie group you won't be able to offer contracts to drivers with overall higher than 70

Will we keep our drivers - or will they also be resetted - for the next and first official season?

Vlad, but if one is promoted to the higher class, will he/she be able to keep one's driver?or that person will start next season in amateur group with another driver?

Think of the next season as a totally new game, i dont think any promotions will happen next season!

in a normal situation if you are promoted from rookie to amateur i think you keep your driver.

hope that answers your question

Your idea is for sure reasonable..yet 5 users that succeded to be the best this year..will not be moved to the higher class, and thus, a higher game potential..higher stakes..and better drivers..and so on..;)

Aleksej, however the idea about this season is that you test things and do not pay attention to game performance. This is what you should really be doing. Not playing at the moment. Playing starts next season:) Maybe someone missed mentioning that to you:)

Georgi, that's true..however, it is more fun to test and gain better performance..;) but negative result is also a result..which contains a lot of info..;)

more than you can imagine. like the fact that you can become part of the team when you are in the negatives but not buy parts which is insane:) or was that fixed?:) havent been in the negatives since I found out that:)

Nope you can still not buy parts when in negative.

Now there is a long way to pay the debts and get new parts instead of the totally worn parts.

assuming you are still in Rookie when the reset happens, they are going to clear all inactive and test accounts so its possible that some rookie people will end up in Amateur! depends on when you joined!

hmm lemmme check for u!

it might be that when this contract completes then u get the next 17..... i aint sure!

just checked, and once this contract completes then it will update, so u dont pay the increased race fee until the current contract runs out. Dont worry you havent lost anything! :D

Hope that helps! Greetz

Jun 17, 2006, 18:08:11 You extended the contract of your driver with 17 races $18.000.000 $-3.706.680 $14.293.320

this means you pay the fee once you extend contract "on paper" after it kicks in you`ll pay only the increase wage...

@Kimmo, sorry just to be sure, u currently have your driver for 17 + 4 = 21 races. There are only 12 races left this season at which point all drivers and everything are reset because it is the end of the beta test, after which the new game starts! So you will have your driver till the end of the season!
