New player this season and learning. Got a driver that looked good but now can't renew his contract as he is above the level I am allowed at rookie level. Frustrating to say the least as it's down to driving for me that has helped him improve :(

My guess is he wouldn't be too good for Rookie if he had no motivation. And there is something you can still do about that (check section 5.5 of the game rules carefully).

I agree, depending on how much motivation your driver has, you may still have a chance if you act quickly.

There is one sure fire way to lose all of that Moti as hinted at by Jasper above.

I have the same problem ;) My driver finally has the skills and the car to compete for podium spots.. but if i want to keep him, i need to drop his motivation to try to keep him.

Yes, that will be difficult. In that case i would spend some good money ;)

Are you sure, Alexei? I'd say there's no DriversMarket after R17, so no offers can be put (and REMOVED ;-)) at that time... Or am I wrong?

Oh.... I guess you (and probably Alexei too) mean that 3 million thing (used repeatedly). Yes, that's a possible way.

Ivan was faster and more specific about that thing...
I wouldn't like to annoy anyone to save my driver so I originally didn't think anybody would use it. But yes, it's possible way.

I forgot to mention that Moti drop doesn't come to place immediately - but after 18:30 on a race day.

Yeah, best advice from Jasper: read section 5.5 and have negative financial balance :D
