If "big" teams are asking your team mates if they would be interested in joining, then it's surely just a compliment to the quality of your team mates. That's the best way to look at it :)

I know Kevin but you can't rule out the fact that it is the possible mastermind of the team so in that team some might see it as an attempt to weaken the team. this said it is more or less what happens in football too, when a so-called lower ranked team f.e. Leicester (no offense to any leicester fans here) has a star player, it is highly likely that they will lose him when the likes of chelski or man shitty come knocking on the door.

Experienced managers don't need to change teams anymore. You have to look at fresher and newer players, which is presumably not what tigers wanted.

I had my reasons to apply to Tigers and I'm sure it is a move in the right direction. Not an easy decision to abandon the team I was with from my first season. I still hope to suprise few people in the future. :)

I was sitting at my work desk with 15 minutes to go, bids all prepared when he came round to my desk and started chatting to me, didn't finish until after the deadline... :(
