Hey Jake....Have you seen Metallica yet...saw them way back in the late eighties when they where still good before they went deep and meaningful.
I saw Helloween in 2011 in Rome , they were great :) And 2 months ago i went to a Koorpiklani show and the support band was amazing, a Folk/Pagan Metal band from Estonia : Metsatoll = http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=c8l8NXh88iQ
Not this summer thou, i have yet planned my holidays to attend Sonisphere June 8th in Milan and in July 9th i go to see Rammstein in Rome ;) But it should be Ok next summer, so we will eventually post here for a meeting \m/

It was great! Shadowside was surprisingly good, Gamme Ray was nice and Helloween just blew it to another level. I personally didn't like the order of the songs as it causet the middle part of the gig to be a bit lame, just to be bombing with hits for last 30 minutes. Bit more even list would be nice IMO. Still not the best live performance I've seen, but absolutely great nevertheless.
That new album Straight Out Of Hell is pretty impressive, A lot of different styles on there and a lot of it sounds like classic Helloween. Some interesting lyrics in the song Asshole jeez I thought I swear a lot ;)
