Really I'm just posting here because I'm extending a bit of a hand out if someone needs a bit of help. I call it recruitment by mentoring (but I only call it that because some hard nose mod will come along and say I'm off topic by posting here when we really aren't recruiting).

So in the end, please accept my apologies for taking up your time. I know you are likely looking for a team to join and we currently do not have any positions. Offer still stands for the chat though. In the meantime.. Know your worth man, there's a team out there that would benefit greatly by your presence, they just have to find you (or you find them, whatever comes first).
