100% do not offer the build up of 10 sponsors in Ammy. Will take this game back 20-30 seasons. The sponsors in Ammy-Master has encouraged people to plan and perform in each tier finally.
So many noobs think dropping to Ammy is the answer. Awful play.

I agree to you that's not the answer but sometimes when you are just broke and cant compete then in that case Amateur is the answer.
Lets admit, with the energy introduction people are facing hard time even training drivers this days. On low level like Pro and Ama you can push on medium risks, Im not sure thats the case for higher tiers. The road to Elite has become a lot more stronger then it was, but its challenging.

I agree it's certainly an option but the idea would be not to throw your account to the trash. This involves knowing when you're out of your depth and you need to step back.
Too many people have too much pride so they sit and struggle or maintain and it ruins their account. So they do the whole pipi plan or push relegate and literally throw their account to the trash knowing ammy will fix them.
I'm not saying what is good or bad but it should not be the go to imo. I mean Master talented managers should not be beating up ammy managers. It's incredibly boring and doesnt help with retention of players.
However the skill levels of managers these days are huge. Energy has massively shaken things up which is excellent imo. The promotion sponsor and number of sponsors you can negotiate with has helped a lot also.
Lets be honest though. Almost anyone can fix an account in half a season with correct planning. Just depends on your goals.
I still think we need 3 or 5 levels of Elite. Too many can make elite and then relegate. Imo 99.9% shouldnt be allowed to even make that tier without planning all aspects of their account. But look at the current situation. Promote to Elite, take pips and back to Master with promo sponsor. Yawnnnn.

Building in pro is completely fine as it is. But people see Ammy which is only one tier below as a lot easier to build which is it. You're essentially beating up noobs.
