If I can watch the races in real time even though I am frustrated with my lack of experience, why can’t we still see the tests and qualifying laps? I will be very excited when this starts.

Since there is no coordination on where managers qualify or test, your car would be the only car on the track, nothing exciting about that.

Why not see the results of the configurations on the track, see the performance of the car, the driver's mistakes, it does not matter to be alone, it is another opportunity for entertainment, after the qualifications there is not much to do on the platform there is to wait for a race. It could also be optional.

So big on this idea. If it doesn't involve too much work.
If anyone else is testing or qualifying at the same time they are on track also

I would also like to see a little simulation running before the race (in that 15-minute window by prompt) or even on prompt from the testing standings/qualifying results page showing the last x amount of hours of Q laps.
So if Bob Bobby done a lap 3 hours ago, it will be shown within the window of time required to show the 'live' qualifying info as it would be relative to a ratio of, say, 24h = 1h (on simulated track prompt).

I think being able to watch your own qualifying lap wouldn't be all that interesting since it's only two laps to watch. But it would be nice to get driver feedback, such as too much risk used/driver made a mistake, etc.

You already get indirectly that feedback, it is on your qualy time vs your practice lap
