Jujutsu Kaisen 0? I haven't watched it myself yet, but there was hype for it given how good the anime was, and seems to have lived up to it. Might not need you to have watched the anime, given it's a prequel.

Also, good times for those kinds of anime in general. Jujutsu Kaisen was great, Demon Slayer dropped a great new season, and the last season of Attack on Titan (ongoing) is pretty cool too.
Tokyo Ghoul's a good one as well
