There are now a total of 62 drivers (including the Captains) signed up, meaning there will be an A, B and C League currently...if we get 18 more drivers the league will split again into A, B, C & D. Am still waiting on 2 Captains to choose a team, and as with every season, one of these two are of course in the top 3. Once they have all chosen a team then the Captains will pick their team-mates, which will be followed by everyone else being allowed to create and join teams.

They never 'close' a such...but what will happen is that the Captains will start picking by Tuesday I hope. The deadline for all teams to be sorted is the start of Race 2 so we have a while really :)
