Well, I have an idea.

Everyone should use the latest Marussia-skin in Sochi, to express our support. What do you think? I will use it.

The use of a livery tribute is reserved for those that have died. I dare say that I doubt that you'll find a single person on here would see it as appropriate given that we'd all hope that he recovers from this accident.

If you want to do it then do it by all means. But just make sure it's because you actually want to, rather than you just want to get a trend going....

People can use whatever livery they like, there is no 'tribute livery' rule. So if Patrick thinks its appropriate that's up to him.

I think that we should use it to show that everyone is with him and that we hope that he'll recover soon :)

He didn't tell about it. He want to tell us about support him, not more. This is not a black livery, this is colours of his car.
I already changed my livery right after the end of the race.
Or we cann't support him? Even F1 teams has #KeepFightingMichael hashtag, they can't do more.
Maybe we have diffirent cultures in our countries but personally I don't see any troubles in this livery using.

Was trying to search abt him in Google and I can't believe that "Jules Bianchi Dead"is one of the most searched terms :/ People these days jump to conclusions too quickly...
Anyway glad the operation was completed successfully and hope he makes a full recovery soon.

Realism not optimism. Even if he will survive there are many chances to have a new Schumacher destiny. Black is more appropriate for me. But we'll see

People will downthumb posts in this forum for the smallest of reasons... FFS.

With that said, whilst Winkley does have a point, this seems to be more of a support thing than a tribute thing, and like Malkin said, we wouldn't be using the black livery. Also the Marussia livery is pretty awesome to be honest, so I'll join the others in using it for the Sochi race.

Seems it was a similar accident than the one Maria de Villota had. Jules slipped under the back of the crane and his head got hit. Much security in the car but the head is always in danger.

Thats the black livery. Using a Marussia livery will represent hope. I have used white liveries in the past for similar incidents.

In my last post, I didn't mean to make it sound as though I was jumping onto the bandwagon just because I like the Marussia livery.

It is difficult in times like these to express the right sort of emotions, especially over the internet. I don't like getting overly dramatic about things, but on the other hand I didn't want to sound like I don't care about Bianchi's condition, because I do. And now I just hope that he not only pulls through, but is also able to race again...
