Change of plans for the Division playoffs, since I have been told that the Celtic manager is moving out.
So ... here's what will happen.
Premiership
Manchester United will be saved of relegation playoffs. Their place will be taken by Stevenage. Napoli relegates directly, no matter what.
Championship
Cork City wasn't in relegation playoffs anyway. But now we have 3 teams (Celtic's retirement included) going down to Division automatically. So Arsenal is saved of relegation playoff. Their place in the relegation playoff. will be taken by Everton dVdM. And there will be only one Championship team playing relegation playoff there as I don't want to have a potential of 5 teams dropping, if I can help it.
Division
Crystal Palace and Malacca United are moving up as series winners. They will be joined by the winner of the playoff between the two 2nd-placed teams in the two Division series: Bristol Rovers and Persija. The second playoff will be for the chance to play against Everton dVdM and it will be between LionsXII and Legia, the two 3rd-placed teams in Division series.
That is the easiest way to deal with this situation and that is how it's going to work out.
