Is it true that the deadline of staff is at 19.00 CET on Monday and Thursday? I currently have no driver for the next race and was going to make a "surprise" bid by 15 minutes before the deadline which means at 18.45 CET. But when I opened the offering page, the message shows "No offers can be made between 19:00 and 21:00 CET on Mondays and Thursdays. The drivers are taking their decision." Seriously? It wasn't 19.00 yet but the market had been closed 15 minutes earlier. Now the only thing I can do is sign bad driver or miss the next race, what a shame.

Yes the deadline is 19.00 cet on Monday and Thursday Unless you accidentally miscalculated your time zone to the CET time zone (since its 20 CET now) that is probably the only thing

So that he miscalculated the CET time, no need to be harsh :]

hey guys, what is the attributes that weight more to your decision making before deciding to offer a contract to a driver? Overall? talent? aggressiveness? motivation?

Juca. Perhaps join the mentor scheme. Or while in elite try switching to another driver heavier or slimmer and check affects. The affects are fairly obvious however.
Good luck bro.

Stuart, take some vacation this week. We dont need 4M drivers in master. For the sake of the game.

Go big or go home Ivan. You can always offer 5M.

3.5m actually :) He only went up cos I gave him a 1 race extension (cheapest way to get a 50 moti boost :p)
and lets be honest...at the end of the day I promoted with him AND with possibly the worst tyre choice possible considering the weather last season, so its not like I just bid on a guy to piss everyone else off, I was serious about what I wanted to achieve last season and pulled it off :)
As for thiis seasons markets, I'm feeling chilled about it :p But, don't think i'm only in any market just to get on your nerves. I am always serious with what I set out to achieve...I don't show up with the cash as a wind up for the rest :)

Back in Amateur, have to say the market has never been so bad. Now after the first market, there are not even a handfull drivers that meet the basic criteria I had.

Welcome to "no rookie tier where newbies hire fresh drivers and get them to Ama OA" era :)

You could always hit pro where spa/age is killing Trained drivers ;-)
