Hammy will stay where he is, and Mclaren are prepared to do whatever it takes to keep him there as well. He has a good relationship with the team and a move to Ferrari would not drastically improve race performance. Red Bull is the only other team that is by far yards better than Mclaren and there quite a few drivers out there more deserving of a seat (ie: Kobayashi, Rosberg, Senna has even been more impressive than Hamilton) anyhow. And that's IF they make a change. Mercedes is far from the Brawn GP of 2009 and are still far from being on the same plane as Ferrari/Mclaren. They need to work on race to race consistency and Lewis would be going backwards with such a move.

Hamilton will stay where he is for the meantime; Red Bull has much better choices and a move to Ferrari would be marginal at best. And if he did decide to leave, Mclaren would dig into their wallets and pay big bucks for Lewis to think otherwise.

I want him to be the team-mate of Alonso in Ferrari, but there is no chance for it.

But Alonso wouldn't like that very much.
Besides, Perez is being spotted for Massa's seat...

They don't want him. There are a few drivers that are probably higher on their list at the moment than Lewis. Kobayashi has proven to be a future star in the Sauber, Rosberg has done valiantly in the Mercedes, Perez has proven to be very fast in the Sauber and besides, Button has been whipping Hamilton.

If anything, I say Kobayashi gets the seat. Why? Red Bull is looking to expand their image in Asia and Japan is one of their main targets. By signing a Japanese driver, their presence in the Japanese market will explode. Not only that, but Kamui has shown time and time again that he has the stuff of champions; he just needs to find the seat at Ferrari or Red Bull. Kobayashi in a Red Bull would prove to be a potent combination. Hamilton has started to come off as a overrated and overpriced driver to me as of late.

Remember IndyCar is a series not one terrible race, its even dominated by a British guy too, I doubt Hamilton would race there though since he'll probably retire when he leaves McLaren.

I think you're over-reacting. I don't feel that Canadians should never drive Indy cars ever again just because Greg Moore was killed in one.

I'm not speaking for Justinas, but my interpretation of what he said is simply that he dislikes Lewis Hamilton (possibly because of his disgraceful attitude & performances this season) and wants him to leave F1. I can't say I disagree because Lewis has been behaving like a spoiled child upset about not winning all season long, and it's been an embarrassment to the team that has been my favourite since the day I started watching F1.

If Lewis starts acting like a professional in 2012 I may change my mind about him, but I'm not holding my breath.

I think some guys misunderstood me.

What I wanted to say that Hamilton drives like crazy and I don't want him in F1. He should go to another moto sport. And mentioned IndyCar as an example.
Maybe it was not the best example but how the fuck somebody made a conjunction with that incident a few days ago? Guys, I am not a monster.
That is just my opinion that I dont want Hamilton in F1. Simple as that.

I'm a huge Lewis Hamilton fan but I've got to be honest its getting harder & harder to support him. Especially the way he sulking around saying he is not happy with his life.... hard to relate to when you lookat what his job is & how much he is paid to do it.

But it can be a big lifestyle change. When you spend your entire life to acheive a goal (F1 world champ) & then you do it.. maybe you think whats next? Maybe he will go to Nascar & live in LA with all his money & rapper friends.

To clarify: My reaction it was only about what you said here. It is ridiculous that someone wants the best F1 driver out of the Formula 1. Everyone is free to express his opinion but sometimes is better, or more appropriate, to be quiet since this treat seems to be more directed for Hamilton fans.

Hope to see next season the best Hamilton, using ALL his skills :)

Lewis Hamilton is staying at McLaren Mercedes, but he is driving like a crazy and needs to stop racing at F1, or needs to go Indycar Series or Indy500. There he can crash like a crazy. But i haven heard of that Lewis Hamilton MAYBE is going sometime to Red Bull or Ferrari. Ferrari-s boss is gona be mad if Hamilton is still crashing at his team :P. And Sebastian is gona be mad if Hamilton is gona go there :P.

Since when did F1 become a sport for only cool headed drivers. I like the fact that Hamilton is having some problems controlling his aggression/frustration it brings some humanity to the sport. I was really impressed when Massa had a go with Hamilton during that interview. It made them look like a couple of schoolboys, but if Hamilton really did refuse to talk privately fair play Massa. It's good for us to understand more than just what the drivers would like us to hear from their interviews.

He's very fast, if a top team will have him he deserves a place. I can't see him leaving McLaren at the moment.

Yes he is fast and good driver. But he doesn't need to play with his life. Many drivers have been died on Formula 1, and they was a accident. But Hamilton with his crazy crashes doesn't seem' to be "accident". But i hope too that Hamilton is staying. ;)
