Shouldn't we accept that changed have been made that for now should stop the DA's? It maybe long overdue but it's been done. There is a much easier way to fix it but that would go against the ideals of the game, make it pay to play, I doubt anyone is desperate enough to have 5 accounts if they have to pay for them all. That would probably lose more than it would gain, wouldn't it be a good idea to see where we are at the end of next season, see if it's still an issue

Problem is pay to play becomes pay to win and those with swanky, high paying jobs will use multiple accounts since they have money to burn.

If there is a perfect solution I'm not seeing it yet though.

The last podium for Pipi's in Elite was S.94, R.5 @ Bremgarten. The OP of that statement might not have done that, but it has happened before.

In fact, a teammate of mine won a race in Master 2 last season using Pipi's.

I belive the point of the post was that, given the proper set of circumstances any tire brand can win a race.

It interested me, so I thought I'd look into points scored by Pipi's in Elite. It's happened 6 times since the introduction of tyre supplier stats in S17:

S98R09 - Jasper Coosemans (P7)
S94R14 - Bruno Caseiro (P7)
S94R05 - Bruno Caseiro (P3)
S93R02 - Jasper Coosemans (P6)
S79R11 - Robert Laszlo (P2)
S75R07 - Dmitry Nechitailo (P7)

So, only 2 podiums, although there were 51 podiums per season with pipi's before other suppliers were introduced! ;)

Pay to play doesn't always have to become pay to win. And a large majority of players would not spend money on making multiple accounts when they could achieve the same (if not better) results by joining an actually reputable team. The bigger issue with going P2P would be a rapid decline of player numbers.

Exactly this. Keep everything as is, but make it so that you cannot make any actions unless you have a positive supporter credits balance, and suddenly you are pay to play. Definitely not pay to win.

The bigger issue with going P2P would be a rapid decline of player numbers.

This then becomes a huge issue for the game, and probably one which it would be hard to recover from.

Interestingly, if the game was pay to play, the issue of DA's becomes a non-thing. If you can afford to pay for 1000 accounts, I'm sure Vlad would happily take your money; but that cannot happen where you can play for free.

The problem, in fact, is when the game administration itself ignores the rules created by themselves... but anyway, I won't touch on the subject anymore...

no point reading your earlier 9 forum contributions then..

clearly action has been implemented,, otherwise you wouldn't even be stating facts in reply here...

Was there figured out who was managing these accounts?
I guess that manager don't need to use VPN and never had, so he still plays
