Not sure, I did my Q1 and 2 around noon, and I am now at 90%. I don't know how low it went, but I would have expected it higher by now.

I couldn't find a thread like this: Car level/DE.

Car levels have risen. Is this good?

When it is not bad,it is good.
But to be more specific this question can be answered only with this...

DE reduced CT. The result is a higher car level.
More pronounced PHA. Better PHA fit. I think it was aimed at lowering car levels. As I see it, this did not happen.

Car levels have risen. Is this good? I don't think the direction is desirable.

I just asked for an opinion, nothing else.

Maybe start with the first question: have they actually risen? Do you have data from 10, 20 seasons ago to compare? It's Race 15, car levels are always reaching a high point at this time.

3. That's true.

Yes, it's good.
If you start a poll with a scale of 10 (where 10 is excellent and 0 is awful) I'd say 8

Car levels have fallen,
staff OA has been reduced and pit times are worse
CCPS from testing are lower

At least in elite

You probably think that less ct risks -> higher car parts, but this is not the fastest and more economical way to go :)

If this is good? no. Phenomenal (not real) unpredictability has increased, but long-term planning has become more-or-less one-dimensional: build a good driver while keeping 100% sponsors as back-ups

Experienced managers ELITE, Master, slightly Pro can also handle things.

I think: The Ama 9 and 8 car levels (1-92) are too high.

do these managers often succeed short-term??

i believe that the problems in amateur are:

1) number of relegating managers should increase
2) number of available sponsors should slightly decrease
3) two more tyre suppliers (avvonn, yokos ) should be introduced.

This will decrease the over-excess of money built in amateur which unbalances the group and the higher leagues and also will bring more interest to newer managers

Actually i think that DE works well in lower leagues (amateur-pro) , but not well in higher leagues

... and even: Now most amateurs go up to pro class with CT0. It also saves money.

Disagree. Definitely not yokos. I could see maybe avonns as an idea, but not yokos. They're too good and essentially everyone would move to them, and plenty of managers who are less well versed in this game as ourselves struggle enough to manage finances as it is, if you force them to spend an extra 21.25M per season you'd bankrupt them. Especially if you're combining this with extra relegations.

I 100% agree. But when talking about not real parts of the game there are more obvious glitches. For starter we could remove mother of all unrealistic things in Gpro - magical season reset fix of the car. I dont mind it but when dealing with unrealistic things this should be addressed first imo.

Good point Jasper, and the answer is: No, they have not risen (as such)

There has always been variations between seasons and point of time during a season.

Currently in that stat the highest is 10, but I do remember times when there was 11 or even 12

IF and I reiterate IF it seems that there has been some change in the levels, I'd say it's probably a shorter term thingy than a longer term trend
