Sorry friends but I am not interested in joining any team at this time. Thank you all anyway.

First point second last race of season 9...kind of saved the season.

Started season 10 with a point in the first race which was a premonition of what was to come.
Season 10, Race 7...first podium!
Season 10, Race 8....first WIN!! Totally unexpected, it was raining but everything fell nicely into place.
Season 10, Race 16....While avoiding upgrading to save money I turned out to be top manager with the car in best condition and won. The car started to smoke on the last race.
Season 10, In the five races between 11 to 16 in four of them I made the podium.

Season 11 Amateur....first points in the second race.
Season 11 Amateur....first podium in the third race. Unfortunately after that promising start my driver took a nose dive in the middle of the season consistently staying away from the points. Finally towards the end of the season he came around and delivered enough good finishes to make me think a win could be in store. By then I was already thinking about next season and a new driver with better characteristics so I let him go. The new driver was very low on motivation and only captured enough points to keep him competitive but not to move me into the points standings. Eventually I received promotion by staying in positive finances as opposed to the manager ahead of me in 8th spot. On to Pro!

Season 12 Pro10....The driver picked up at the end of season 11 turned out to be crap. Luckily I reacted on time and found another driver (even though firing the other one nearly bankrupted me) who did much better and with a 6th place in a rainy race and guaranteed my continuity in Pro for another season!
Towards the end of the season I picked up another driver (especially younger) who I hope I can train for bigger and better things.

Season 13 Pro10....First season consistently testing and updating facilities without going broke which is an achievment in itself.
Twice I should have had podium finishes but one I screwed up the fuel and the other was twarted by a an extra random. Nevertheless a 4th place finish in race 12 guaranteed my survival. Had FASTEST LAP on that race too!! :)
My driver is a proven winner in Pro so now I must do better in season 14 to make a push for Master in season 15.

Season 14 Pro10....Consistently finished in the top 12 including a podium finish and finally ending up 8th in the standings . Nevertheless my inabaility to gain economically overshadowed my success I think. As a result from the second half of the season on I concentrated on setting up to resolve this.

Finally a win in Pro after 3 seasons!
