Are you an experienced manager looking for a team with upward potential? Ignition is that team. Over the last long time we have ranked in the top 10 of all teams many times and been as high as 2nd place. Right now we are in a rebuilding phase and soon will be back up at the top were we deserve to be. Are you interested in being in a team shooting for the #1 spot? Now is the time to join.
Take a look at our members who have almost all been to Elite at one time or another. There is a lot that a growing manager can learn from this team as well as a more experienced member looking for a team of easy going players who are going to make a push for the team title in a number of seasons. Take a look at our past history and this is with the same team as you see today. We would love to hear from you if you consider yourself either a growing manager with some experience in the medium or higher levels or an experienced manager just looking for a change

Ignition is still in the process of discussing and voting on the next player to take on. If you are one of the short list, then I have sent you a message telling you it is still taking a little longer than expected. If you have not received a message from me today than I thank you for your application but it has been turned down this time.
Often we are applied to by early rookies. As a top 10 team we are normally looking for people with a bit more experience than what is often sent out way. Early rookies normally start on a weaker team and then later progress to a better team that gets offers from better players. Keep playing, having some fun and gain more experience. Then loads of teams will be glad to have you. Thank you for applying even if you were not short listed.

Ignition is back where it belongs, at the top of the team standings.
Unfortunately, another long term member of the team is leaving the game at the end of the season, so we are looking for some big shoes to fill.
There is plenty of time to make up your mind, but we'd like to get this out here nice and early.

A top 10- team is looking for that new manager at the end of the season. Are you interested in a team that has been in second place overall a number of times and 4th this season as we rebuild? Opportunities like this do not come along very often. We are shooting for the #1 position and you might be the one to help us get there.
Beyond being competitive we help each other and are generally a pretty active and friendly team. We are not expecting you to agree with others all of the time. There is more than one way to play the game and all we can do it add our experiences and observations to yours to make both of us better managers.
