Probably so!
But I still find it interesting we want to start some drama about these so called tools haha. Only tools I ever seen anyone from ignition using were tools from other teams.
I heard a story once that had something to do with a goose and a gander.

For people that dont know basics of the game it was just hidden. Unlucky, you have been one of that person ,very impatient about not having an access to the tools and then left us;) looking at your career nothing has really changed:)

I really think there's no need to hold a grudge about a game mate. We're all grown ups just trying to enjoy the free time we have. For some of us its quite important to distract us from real life stress, and in mark's case i'm sure you're perfectly aware of whats going on.
And man, about the tools, after 78 seasons you really think that we dont have 50/100 other teams that have the same sort of tools Ignition has aswell? There are even tools as efective as ours available online and for free

Now that's just funny.... and shows exactly why I left you guys... the attitude and mentality of the team.
I had access to your "tools" from day one and found them lacking. The only tool you have thats really worth anything is the one David Jones Winkley made for you.... ie the same tool that at least 10 other teams have in some form or another.
Or do you think the toygun summary of sponsor negotiations is some kind of huge secrete... everyone has that.
Maybe Jukkas planning tool from season 46.... surely that is some kind of huge secret?
You know full well why I left, spreading pure lies about it only shows your character. I'm sure Mark simply realized the same thing I did when I was a member there.

Oh hey DD! I had to double check if you actually were in Ignition or not. If you didn't found our tool, that's good for us :) Tools, tools, tools, that's what is most important for you.
That's a pity because from what I can see, you lacked the knowledge how to promote from Master since you planned to do it in s76 :) This is really interesting, you are so active right now, talking crap about us and when you were in our team, you even couldn't post pre and post race data every race. I don't know if you were expecting a 1 click tool which does everything for you without even thinking - we have a different kind of tool, maybe it's too complex for you to use so that's why you couldn't find it. TBH I think even if you had a tool that does everything for you and you only need to rewrite the numbers from that, you would fail anyway. I wish you that you will find proper tools which will help you to promote from Master one day!

I understand the frustration btw, i do. But playing this out over a few public forum threads... That's not great advertisement. For Mark, for you, or for Ignition as a whole.

Rafal your acting like a tool, bottom line, blame as many others as you like, people come people go, really quite simple but your the one that brought it to a public forum when to be honest heaps of movements happen every season, you were told but then made people feel obligated to stay or do as you want, in fact i do feel sorry for a member you yell at all the time they are doing it wrong, like your way is the only way, yer NO, heres a news flash there are many ways to play.....
accept it people move, i was happy to just go, end of story, this is a game only, i neither wanted what ever it is you call tools, nor did i want anything apart from racing, plans change, you sucked the life (fun) right out of it and it got to the point it was leave because im not enjoying this or retire because i cant be bothered.
i told you mid season of my plans, you had half a season, now you come in here crying over split milk, i also said im going to go casual and race if and when i wish but you know id rather race with some people that to me are more like family, you see when we play online games there is allways certain people that are more than just someone over an internet line they are very good friends.
with my wife having terminal lung cancer this game is a distraction from daily life, each day i wake up and have to deal with that, the friends i class as my best mates stood there and i returned back for a little support when times are tough, if you cant figure it out then like the others i feel sorry for you
Bottom line i moved, it had not been my intention but the support from some of the best mates ive ever had is far more important to me than your team title, do what others are build a bridge and get over it.

I don't give a sh!t about these tools :) I just don't respect such behavior and that's all. A bad manager will remain a bad manager even with the best tools. And as I said in my 1st post, I just wanted to wish them all the best!

I understand both sides standpoints -- Rafal was hoping Ignition would finally achieve the championship and Mark leaving severely hampered the chances, and Mark went to VS to be with supportive friends during a tough time -- but this couldve very easily been kept out of the public eyes. Rafal, you're literally making Ignition a meme right now. Private messages wouldve worked to answer any questions and let off some steam.
The term "we're all adults here" isn't just words, it means usually mature adults will come to a mutual understanding at the end of discussions..making it public and so aggressive probably spoiled your teams chances of recruiting a great manager to replace him....Your 8 team mates suffer now
....chill out mate.
