In addition to what Jeff explained, I can tell you that in your case, 342 people pressed the green thumb next to any of the posts made by you and 251 people pressed the orange thumb next to any of your posts. You will notice that those figures change quite rapidly, they are surely not 342/251 anymore. :P

I had a start accident this race, but didn't drop out. But on my other statistics tab it says I have 0 start accidents. Should this not count as a start accident? I still had an accident, it just didn't end my race!

Think someone mentioned earlier that they are race ending start accidents; and not just "start incidents".
Not sure if it matters if they are your fault or someone causing you to end a race would get the count up.

I first liked the additions, now not so anymore. Who's gonna make the petition :p.

What bits do you have issue with and why? Serious question as I don't get it. I assume you mean the number of PMs sent and team forum posts, as everything else was already findable information (but would take a hell of a lot of research for some).
Stuff like you've just said are personal, out of game things, and of course will never be implemented (I would believe), but I don't get how they relate to what has been implemented which I still see no issue with.

I am not sure that I understand how the figures are presented in this section. I assumed that the figures in the first column are current season, and the figures in the brackets are all previous seasons.
However this manager.
/gb/ManagerProfile.asp?IDM=151711
already has more than 1 for wins in a row, podiums in a row, but we are only at race 1 of this season?

Wins, podiums and points in a row can stretch across multiple seasons (but are reset with the Rookie Reset) so his current run is two wins in a row, but his all time highest run of wins in a row is three.

On another note, how a genuine question can be "thumb downable" is beyond me. And, on a possibly unrelated but mayeb not note, thumbing up your own posts is pretty sad and would be funny to see such a statistic introduced too :)

Some people like privacy and know why, other people like facebook and will never understand it. I also want to have an option to disable all those informations. For example people can care about their own mailboxes, not about how many mails I've sent and people outside my team can give a bad word about how many posts I've made in team forum.
You can publish as much race stats as you want, everything else should remain secret.

What Bert says basically, also why you need to show / remember people to their most disliked post. Stuff like that is just stupid and doesn't add anything to the game.
Maybe it i just because I also don't understand why half the people and especially young people put their whole lives on the internet and "show" with pics how amazing they are and everything is.

But Bert didn't give reasons why the number of mails sent should be private, for example. Is it simply because it wasn't known before that people are uncomfortable with the change even though nothing I would call "private" information is being revealed? I genuinely don't understand, which is why I ask :)

The "thumb" system in general is certainly debatable, as it has been (although doesn't stop you using them on your own posts :p), but it certainly is part of the "game" as a whole, if you include the forum and community as "the game". You may not like it, as many don't, but it is as "game" related as many of the pointless statistics that have been readily available for a long time.

You're using the same argument as "why don't you want to let NSA view your mails if you don't have anything to hide". Some people simply don't like to give other people the possibility to keep track of their activities, however harmless data it would be.

Give it up Kevin, half the people will hate any kind of change to GPRO even if it's awesome. The logical argument wont change this. :(
On topic: in a twist of irony, I have this habit of pressing thumbs up on my own post when it says (1)...because it looks like I self-thumbed. lol
