you can buy new parts for your car here: /UpdateCar.asp Take good care of your money, and buy new car parts only when needed (when they won't last another race, for example)

yep, 0% means no wear. 99% wear means that part is worn out. read the newbie guide, wiki and FAQ for useful info about it - links in the menu bar, right below GPRO logo (on this page).

Busayo a part with 57% wear should usually last at least one more race, often more. You will have to experiment and keep track of your wear data every race to learn how to predict wear in future races.

Don't worry Busayo you stil have time. You can update yours cars parts going in the main menu, where it says HOME, after that at the bottom in the left there is a place call UPDATE CAR near of prepare for the race. Once you have done that you can go to clasify. An advice, you don't need to be at 0% on everything at each race. But you need to fallow each race to star to understand when to change a car part.
Good luck

As well as usual parts wear for a typical track, there are some tracks that have specifically high wear on specific parts.
And usual wear assumes usual settings I suppose, so there are setting that the manager can select that cause parts wear that does not match typical or usual wear.
Sorry that this is not specific (FOBY), but I hope it helps.
